Darul Uloom Zakariyya School(NY) under the supervision of Al-Muneer Foundation Inc (NY) is one of such Islamic schools. It was founded by Hakeem-ul-Asr Shaheed-e-Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hazrat Maulana MUHAMMAD YUSUF LUDHYANVI Nawwarallahu Marqadahu. And it is blessed with the supervision of the two great knowledgeable and spiritual personalities namely Khuajah Khajgaan Hazrat Maulana KHUAJAH KHAN MUHAMMAD Muddazilhul Aliya and Hazrat-e-Aqdas Aarif Billah Maulana Shah Hakeem MUHAMMAD AKHTER Maddezilhul Aali. The chairman of this foundation is Sani Ibn Sereen Ustazul Hadith Hazrat Maulana Mufti MUNEER AHMED AKHOON Dammat Barakatuhumul Aliya.

Mufti Muneer is a well-known scholar from Karachi, Pakistan who has studied under some of the top ulama of our era like Hadzrat Maulana Yusuf Ludhyanvi Shaheed, Mufti Nizamud-deen Shamzi, Justice Mufti Taqi Usmani, Maulana Sarfraz Khan Safdar, and many other illustrious ulama.

Alhumdulillah, many people have been deeply effected by his heart moving and intellectual style. Mufti Muneer is presently the Director of Religious Affairs at Westchester Muslim Center in Mt. Vernon, New York.

Understanding of religion from authentic interpretations... Most of the problems confronting human society are dealt with by various laws, like, the civil laws, the family laws, the penal code, the management laws, and so on. Fiqh deals with all of them under various chapters, and in different names. Moreover, it deals with such laws which are not covered by the modern day laws, like the ones related to the acts of worship.
